ROLFING

Rolfing is an a form of alternative manual therapy. The foundations were developed in the 1950s by American biochemist Ida Rolf. The most common areas of application are back pain, postural injuries after accidents or operations, chronic headaches and muscle tension.

A flyer and matching business cards have been designed to let patients and potential customers know more about the rolfing practice and the  topic “Rolfing” in general.
